This in the hoop Right Hair Pencil Topper design also includes SVG files so you can pre-cut the vinyl!

The single design is made to fit in the 4x4 hoop whenever possible, occasionally the design will only fit in 5x7 hoops. I've also included a set of multiple Pencil Toppers for the 5X7 hoops.

A PDF file with instructions and photos is included in your download.
