• You may use my designs for personal use or on items that you sell. You may NOT share, sell, or distribute my designs in any way. All artwork used in my digitized designs was purchased specifically for embroidery. License credit to the designer given where applicable.
  
  
• You may use a copy of my photos to promote items that you sell. Once you have stitched out my designs, please use your photo to promote the item for sale as it's a better representation of your work. Be sure to add your watermark to your photos too! 
  Please do not remove the watermark from my images, or Mama Bear will be very unhappy.
  
  

• Please do not resize my designs as I have manually digitized them and extensively tested each size offered. I personally test the designs and also have experienced testers that help as well.  I am not responsible for the quality of the stitched design if you have modified it in any way.
  
  
• Embroidery designs on this site are digital embroidery files, not iron-on patches. You will need an embroidery machine and the capability to transfer the design to your machine.
  
  
• Due to the digital nature of products on this website, all sales are final - no refunds.

• I collect the minimum information necessary to complete the transaction.  I will never share, sell, or trade any of your information.
